The outer cover is a folder with the school logo and motto across the front. Think of it as a high class, A4-version of primary school report books.
In order from the top:
- A page listing your personal information, date of matriculation and date of graduation
- A certificate stating the qualification with which you graduate (Pass, Merit, Distinction, High Distinction)
- A "certificate" certifying information from the foregoing item in written form
- A couple of pages describing the school, its staff, its programmes and the graduation requirements
- A good number of pages summarizing your academic record. CAP scores for Y1/2, 3/4 and 5/6 are shown, as well as your final graduation CAP. For the subjects, you have a Majors CAP, Honours CAP and overall CAP that will be shown. This is followed by a long list of modules that you've taken, classified first by whether they're used for CAP calculation, then by subject. There's also a sheet of explanatory notes detailing the grading system
- A few pages summarizing your research activities. Abstracts from your research projects, grades for your ARP and publication listings all appear here.
- Your student development transcript. This covers all your leadership activities, academic competitions, overseas exchange programmes, shiny medals/trophies, scholarships and the like. A list of all your CIP hours appears as well. Your personal statement on a key achievment appears at the end to top this section off.
- Mentor's testimonial
