Cambridge Overseas Application Form

For those who have to fill up the Cambridge Overseas Application Form (COAF), you'll find that you have to either fill up the form by hand or use some form of PDF authoring application to add the blanks so you can type your information in.

Here's salvation. I've added the boxes in for you - so long you open the document here in Adobe Reader, you'll find that you can type and save your stuff directly into the form.

UPDATE: Some bugs in the form that caused the same entry to be duplicated in other form fields fixed. Topics now supports multi-line entries
